Ayres started at Concord Academy in the fall of 2000 and is in his 24th year. He is in the English Department, and he enjoys coaching soccer and working as residential faculty. Ayres also works with mentoring teachers and does interviews for the Admissions Office. In his free time, Ayres enjoys reading, cycling, and walking in the woods with his dog, Tessie.
