Kim Frederick has been a dedicated member of Concord Academy since the fall of 2003, where she teaches U.S. and Middle Eastern history, serves as a house faculty member in Hobson, and coaches the Ultimate Frisbee team. Her U.S. history courses focus on public history, urban and suburban history, and African American history. Kim’s extensive experience includes house-parenting in every house on campus. As the head coach for the Ultimate Frisbee team, her main goal is to help players develop a strong sense of Spirit of the Game and an appreciation for their ability to improve their skills and be students of the game. She eagerly anticipates the first practice outdoors in the spring, when the ground is spongy, the air is crisp, and the frisbees are flying under the fresh blue sky on the field along the Sudbury River.
