Shep started working at Concord Academy in 2005. In his role as senior leadership and planned giving officer, Shep works closely with alums and parents to secure gifts in support of CA’s mission. Shep has previously taught in CA’s History Department and coached squash and basketball. On campus, Shep is also a house parent in Haines House and advises three amazing students. When time allows, Shep enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Stephanie; son, Tyler; and golden retriever, Odie.
