Sophia Guerriero is the Head Coach at Concord Academy for the girls varsity lacrosse team. She was born and raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts. She is a Graduate of Plymouth State University, where she pursued a degree in Environmental Science, and was a member of the women’s lacrosse team for 4 years. After graduating she resided in Florida from 2019–2023, where she found her passion for coaching at the youth and high school level. During her time there, she was a head coach for Naples Lacrosse Club and the junior varsity coach for Naples High. Currently residing in Lincoln, Mass., she is a teaching assistant at Perkins School for the Blind and will be coaching for 3D lacrosse this summer. Her passion for mentoring and teaching through sport drives her to encourage young girls to not only gain success on the field but in life. She is extremely excited to be a part of CA and hopes to contribute to this program and its players as much as possible.
